· Multiple locations networked together
· Multiple business applications – primarily based on Microsoft
· Potentially one or more business specific software packages that may run under UNIX or Linux
· Requirement for tailored hours of support that match operational hours of the business, up to and including 24 x 7 support
· Multiple server locations which may include stand by and disaster recovery facilities
